1. Selective Prediction: The selective prediction talks abot the tendency of not noticing and more quickly forgeting the stimuli that would contradict our prior beliefs, just what would happen if we hadn't notice the efforts pur by Janelle.

2. low consensus: Consensus talk about how many people are agreeing and performing the same thing. As nobody in the group is late with the submission, the consensus is low.

3. high consistency: Consistency shows the extent to which the person behaves in the same manner. As it is mentioned that it is not a surprise for us to do a late submission, we are having high consistency of the same behaviour.

4. high distinctiveness: Distinctiveness shows how similiar the person behaves in similiar situations. We are posting on facebook and writing blogs but are not completing out project shows high distinctiveness.

5. 3rd option: The assumption that the ratings recieved by everyone were low but comparing Ashley's record with her past performance, she was performing better before making her responsible for this performance rating.
