Answer- Components of social systems of an organization are:-

1. Faith- Faith helps to build a common goal among the employees that come from different backgrounds of culture and heritage.

2. Aim and goals- Every organization has certain goals and that can be matched only with the corporation and joint effort of all the people involved.

3. Sentiments- Man lives with varied sentiments as everyone belongs to different cultures and traditions.

4. Norms- There are certain norms and regulations of society that are laid down, within which we need to achieve our goals and ambitions.

5. Status- Every member of an organization has a certain status and role to play. It comes to the individual by his/her educational background.

Every employee in an organization is unique and bring different culture and tradition to the workplace. Even if someone is not that potent, it will be wise to keep him/her to maintain the equilibrium. Different social norms affect the employees in different ways, some have high goals and aspirations, which the organization cannot provide.It will lead him/her to change the organization according to their wish. Every employee cannot get an equal status. So, it is for the individual to look into the matter.
