These deficits implicate frontal ocular motor neuronal circuitry involving and basal ganglia areas and thus inhibit the neural activity to get delivered to the occular motor neurones. Thus,  abnormalities arise in initiation of eye movements,speed of eye movement or accuracy of eye movements .
