Answer #1

The abnormal saccades seen in relatives of people with schizophrenia are:-

c. eye movement during the visual tracking of a stimulus.

saccade refers to the fast eye movements that shift the eyes from one target to another bringing an object of interest at the area of high acquity ( fovea).

Relatives of the patients with schizophrenia have deficits in this saccadic system which generates the internally driven saccades and inhibit unwanted saccades. These deficits implicate frontal ocular motor neuronal circuitry involving and basal ganglia areas and thus inhibit the neural activity to get delivered to the occular motor neurones. Thus,  abnormalities arise in initiation of eye movements, speed of eye movement or accuracy of eye movements .

The other two option a amd b will not follow as they are not observed in the case.
