1) quid pro quo: This is sexual harassment that is related to the exchange of actions. For example if you do this then you will get that. If an employee goes to her boss and asks for a salary increase or a promotion he replies to her that he will do the same but in return, he should get a kiss. It can also be a threat to the employee's job as " if you are not willing to my wish then you will be dismissed from the job."
2)hostile work environment.: The hostile work environment is the type of sexual harassment that occurs when there is an unwelcome sexual comment or any kind of such behaviour which creates an environment that is difficult or uncomfortable for another person.
