Sexual harassment is an offensive, humiliating sexual behavior which is a not welcoming form. It includes rewards and promises in exchange of sexual favors in work places. This harassment is the one which is unwanted in working zones. A lot of sexual harassment against women are increasing day by day especially in work areas where females are unsafer in that areas. Many people led their voices against sexual harassment as the protest named # ME TOO, which became popular within the beginning days of start up.

2. Sending sexual images, videos, gifts which are in a inappropriate way

STRATEGIES TO HANDLE SEXUAL HARASSMENT :

A woman is under going for sexual harassment from the other employee or boss, her situation is unexplained because of her personal and professional responsibilities. Sexual harassment alter psychological state of a women where she loses her confidence, thinking, judgement, perceptions of reality which shows a great impact on her health. In such instances she feels lonely, helpless, unable to express her feelings to others because she is a woman.Each time she is getting sexual videos, pictures, encouraging to participate in sexual activities may completely damage her mental stability. At that situation woman has to use some tactics to avoid herself from that unwanted situation. Informing her situation to the closed ones, can relieve maximum amount of sadness from her, making her confident in keeping a step forward. Approaching to the HR department and filing case against that person can stop the situation for some extent. Or she can go for women organizations where 90% cases have been solved, if the management is not taking any action against that person. Hence all the women needs to become brave and stronger against sexual harassment as women are not a dolls in mans hand. They need equal justice, respect along with men.
