in an ECG trace atrial repolarization isn´t seen due to the QRS covering it up

this is because the voltage or longwave is small in comparation whith the voltage generated by the QRS complex that does not allow us to see the one coresponding to the atrial repolarization

Bicarbonate ions

THe CO2 is in its mayority carried to the lungs as bicarbonate ions, this allows the red blood cell to keep picking up CO2 as storing it in bicarbonate frees the concetration gradietnt
