Physical disorder is a type of disorder in which individual faces physical challenges. It may be of various types like problems in hearing, language problem, disorder in motor development and so on. It includes the mental handicapped, hearing handicapped, orthopaedic handicapped and so on.

Social disorder means the problem in social interactions. One may have adjustment disorder, personality disorder, mood disorder that together cause social disorder. Social disorder results the inability of the individual to observe the social norms. One may be social deviant and it is also a kind of social disorder. When one does not follow the social rules and violates the social peace and balance, we can call it social disorder.  

Both disorders are related to each other. It is important because physical disorder causes social disorder in most of the cases.
