Question # 1.

a. I need to convince and prove that she might be having 10 years of on the job experience but how it might be different when it comes to infection control in this place. I need to apprise her about the importance and situation of why she should have location specific and latest knowledge about infection control.

b. Both should be given the same information otherwise there would be a lack of co-ordination and it may result in failure to meet the objectives.

c. Real-time training in local set up should be the best approach and they should be demonstrated the same procedure to control the infection.
