Question

The temperate phage have both lytic cycle and lysogenic cycle in their replication. In this replication, during lysogenic cycle phage DNA integrate it's DNA into the bacterial genome. After that replication take place by lytic cycle, where virus infected a cell and lead to the bursting of that cell in order to spread the infection. On the other hand, in virulant phage, the virus cause destruction of the cell by bursting without integration of DNS into the host cell.
