People creates conflict while they have limited resources. They become more violent and verbal harassment to fullfilled their own requirement and create intergroup conflict . Conflict mainly causes due prejudice thoughts , discrimination regarding their racial , ethnic political . For example , white people get more benefits than black people . It creates conflict among themselves . Besides , sherif theories also gives four possiblities to reconcile and promote peace .

1. Every intergroup have common goal . It helps to develop cooperation , fellow feelings, more empathetic with others problems only because to achieve their goal.  

2.low Socio- economic status and compititive environment creates conflict and hostile attitude towards each other . But intergroup conflict can be reduced through proper negotiation.

3. People must be less self centered and Working in team . There should have super oriented goal to promoting more peace and reduce conflict .
