1.As a manager,the steps i would take to make the team members stay motivated and loyal to the company in the adjourning stage is that i would reward and recognize every team members work at the end so that members feel positive and stay loyal to the company.

Team growth.progress and achievements as a whole should be recognized so that every member feels motivated to work with full efficiency to achieve the goals as a team.

2.No,Groupthink does not negatively impact the adjourning stage of team development.In this stage,all work are accomplished and team wraps up and dissolves so groupthink does not have an impact at this stage

As a manager ,i would ensure that team members bond well with each other and there are no conflicts in the team.When the members work in cohesion they support others and believes in others ideas and recommendations
