The adjourning stage is the final stage of the team activity where the deliverables have been met and the team needs to disband, submit the conclusions and seperate from one another on a positive note. If this stage does not come in a team scenario, the members can start reinforcing their authorities.

2. Option d is not the activity related to adjourning, because clarification and reorganisation of responsibilities are carried out much before adjourning.

3. False. At the time of adjourning the members have put in their part of performance and are enthusiastic because their efforts are now reaching a positive end. In this way,this is not a time to be bored and seek opportunities elsewhere, but to disband on a positive note.

4. True. During adjourning time, if a person is given opporunity to describe his /her experience, it tremendously boosts his /her morale and helps the project to end with a positive note and with a sense of mutual respect and trust.
