electrical circuits problem

Hi, I have a doubt. I want to obtain the voltage "Va" and according to me If = 10/1000 = 10 ^ (- 2) A so Va = 0. I know I was wrong but I don't know where.

Also if you could help me get Iz and Ix I would appreciate it.
