Answer #1

1. A.Obligate anaerobes

Although the value of intestinal microbiota for man health is commonly recognised, mechanistic studies outlining how commensal microbes exert their consequences stay limited. The vast majority of the study on host microbiota interactions has centered on oxygen tolerant bacteria. This's partly a direct result of the issues of culturing obligate anaerobic commensal bacteria which can't endure in the existence of oxygen combined with human epithelial cells which call for oxygen for survival. Nevertheless, more than 99 % of bacterial species residing within the large intestine are actually obligate anaerobic bacteria , meaning the vast majority of the consequences of the microbiota on the larger intestine remain unknown.
