2) Chemical formula of magnetite is Fe3O4 (FeO.Fe2O3)

3) The reaction will be

2Mg(s) + O2(g) ----------------------- MgO(s)

4) TiCl4(s) + 2Mg(s) ---------------- 2MgCl2(s) + Ti(s)

Ti is getting reduced from oxidation state of 4 to 0. Mg is getting oxidized from oxidation state of 0 to 2.
