Yes there is an anomaly at Current = 0.3 amp because at this point the slope is different from the rest of current values between 0.1 amp and 0.6 amp. This reading at 0.3amp has to be repeated .

c)The slope i.e resistance of the wire has increased to 15 ohms at 0.7 amp.This is because more heat is generated which increases temperature and thereby the resistance of the wire.
