The feedback on my work was delievered by my teacher during my school days ,while checking my assignment sheets such as question by question remarks about my handwriting, and gramatical mistakes, and also the expected answers. I recieved it in the form of assignment work. As a leader to ensure that feedback is delievered well, I will ensure that feedback is given to the person in a complete descriptive format,it is also be seen that it is an easy task for the reviewer. The best way to be a good recipent  , is accept the feedback in a very open manner, also become confident that the feedback given about the mistakes should not be repeated.
