The swot analysis of GhanaAir company:

Strength: 1. GhanaAir is one of the best airlines in terms of sub-region.

2. GhanaAir is one of those few lines which have non stop flights to the United States.

3. They aim to make travel easy, and that is why the destinations around the world are their primary concern.

4. They train one of the best pilots in the world.

Weaknesses: 1. The inability to deal with various scandals or controversies have made a profit suffer and lose confidence.

2. GhanaAir spends so much time on different issues that made them loose accumulation on airport taxes.

3. GhanaAir gives free tickets to staff and families, which results in wastage of resources.

Opportunities: 1. They can generate revenue by giving discounts on tickets to staff and family members and making a profit.

2. They can probably control their staff or families and focus on saving money.

Threats: 1. They can increase the number of flights from Kolkata airport that has a danger to the activities of GhanaAir.

2. The behavior and attitude of the staff on air and ground level is a threat.

GhanaAir has and enjoys a competitive advantage as it is one of those few Airways who have the right amount of customers and useful management information system in the world. They can grab the attention by improving their delays and cancellations and not wasting consumers or passengers' time.
