As in a dihybrid cross, there are four possible classes of offspring that can be produced, so there are three degrees of freedom.

The probability value (p) can be defined as the probability that a deviation greater than each chi-square value would occur by chance simply.

As it is given, chi-square value = 6.95

From the table, percentage points of the chi-square distribution can be calculated.

In the row with the 3 degrees of freedom, it is checked in which range, the value of 6.95 lies in the given columns.

i.e. 6.95 lies between 6.25 and 7.81 of the p-values between 0.05-0.10.

Hence, c. 0.05 - 0.10 is the correct answer.
