The performance of the company has dropped in several years. The company was ranked at number 7 in 2008. It dropped to the position 24 in 2009. The ranking was 93 in 2010 and again dropped to the position 98 in 2011. However, it had risen to the rank of 73 in 2012. The executives of the company should work against the decline in the rank of the performance of the company. The executives can take several steps to improve the position of the company:

  1. Making the product differentiable from others.
  2. More efforts to build the loyalty in customers.
  3. Marketing strategies should be focussed more.
  4. Building team strength.
  5. Adoption of motivational techniques.
  6. Promoting healthy communication among the employees and team workers for more collaboration and co-operation.
