Answer #1

Uses of teams in organizations became popular:-

The reason for the popularity of the formation of teams is that teams can help individuals as well as the organization in many ways. Employees with the help of a team get an opportunity to bond with fellow employees. When employees improve their relationship with other employees they gradually can develop to work as a team as form trust. Working together as a team can reduce the work pressure of every employee. As employees become much more satisfied working as a team, they tend to improve their productivity. Teams are particularly fitting for directing assignments that are high in multifaceted nature and have numerous associated subtasks.A group in itself does not really constitute a group. Groups regularly have individuals with reciprocal abilities and create collaboration through an organized exertion which enables every part to augment his/her qualities and limit his/her shortcomings. Colleagues need to figure out how to help each other, help other colleagues understand their actual potential, and make a domain that permits everybody to go past their constraints. A group turns out to be something beyond a gathering of individuals when a solid feeling of shared duty makes cooperative energy, in this way producing execution more noteworthy than the total of the execution of its individual individuals.

Ways managers help individual to become a team player:-

To make employees become a part of a team it is very important to remove the concept of individualism from the workplace and from the employees' minds. Managers can encourage employees to participate in many decision-making processes and make them feel free to share their opinion and ideas with other employees. Managers can also make them understand the importance of working as a part of a team so to make them feel valued. Yes, I am a team player. I have a particular role to play in my team. As a member of a team, I understand that making decisions is much faster than making decisions individually. Besides, employees can feel satisfied while discussing their art of work with fellow team members. This can boost their confidence. Thus, overall the team can perform much better (as every team member has their own role) and provide quality of work in less time.
