Which of Porter's 2 strategies is more efficient for you in terms of applying it in the HR environment? Why and how would be able to apply it when given the opportunity to do so??
The Porter's 2 strategies that are more efficient for you in terms of applying it in the HR environment are the cost leadership and differentiation focus.
To apply both these strategies it is necessary to emphasize on the mass production of the products that are low and affordable for the customers. The workers and employees can be engaged in mass production. Secondly, the differentiation focus can be used to focus on the niche market and specifically use the workers and employees to make unique products against the products of the companies that lack such features.
Note: If you liked the answer please give an Up-vote, this will be quite encouraging for me, thank you!
