Upset that his time and ideas were wasted, Hank has let everyone know just how disorganized and unfair his employers are. His coworkers are tired of hearing about it and wish Hank would just forget it.

Hank's reaction to the situation is little weird and not appropriate .The reason for this is it is the human nature to get anger when they are neglected or avoided without any prior intimation or information especially when they are provided a task .The employers avoidance or neglecting his recommendations without any proper intimation and giving the responsibility to other employee is the reason for him to behave like this.

To deal with this situation the following can be done

• Act professionally
• Avoid telling this repeatedly to the CO worker because this can make them avoid you because of irritation
• Stay calm and think rationally for the employees actions

The action which can be recommended are

• Talk to the employers or the concerned supervisor and first understand and accept the reason
• If the recommendation taken for the task is most appropriate and if oonevs responsibility is given to other with no reason then it can be voiced out to the employer .
