1.There is no internationational standard definition for rural health and it may vary within an individual country. English dictionary defines rural health as the health within a geographic area that is located outside cities and towns.Rural health care settings includs a sub centre, primary health care centre, community health care centre.

2.Rural health care service is unique because people can easilly access the centre for any immediadiate ailment or emergency .It can also educate the residents about the importance of health care.It overall promotes the health of the residents in the rural area

3.It is mainly due to the illiteracy of te residents of those rural health area
