1) Reverse delegation is referring a term that describes a situation whereby a manager delegates a task to his or her direct report but only to take it back, for one reason or another, to work on it sometime later.
2) Delegation is referring the power and authority to subordinates, some supervisors and employees resist to delegation becasue of loss of control, not enough time mentor, not enough team capability, lack of knowledges about delegations, not their responsibility to delegate, lack of context, fear and the problem with authority.
3) I have delegated a task to my supervisor when I was not available due to some family issues and I have explained all the factors and process how to handle the task but supervisor badly handled and client switch to other products becasue of improper reply from supervisor and we lost the business during the end of the financial year.
