The criteria” that I would use to decide what’s MOST important for me when making a decision is Return on investment. Return on investment can be in monetary and non-monetary terms. In the monetary terms, the decision is taken when the profits are there and there is long-run prosperity for the business. In the non-monetary terms, ROI can be calculated by taking into consideration productivity and employee contribution.
