Ans) These are the mutations which are caused by the cells that are non germline. Therefore , it cannot be inherited from parent to their offspring of the cell which is mutated. It occurs during the organism's life and occurs only in few cells due to environmental factors like UV rays.

Penetrance is a property through which people which has specific changes in genes which futher shows sign as well as symptoms of the genetic disorder.
