Answer 1) Models of management for skill development are-

1) Planning - Planning is a significant skills that every managemer must posses. They must be able to establish a proper plan for bysiness activites

2) Communication- Managers must be able to communicate effectively. Communication helps in forming business relations

3) Decision making- Every manager must make wise and intelligent decisions. They must be able to make efficient and effective decisions.

4) Delegation- Managers must understand importance of delegation. No manager perform all the tasks alone.

5) Problem solving ability- They must be good at solving problems. They should be able to evaluate the problem, consider negative and positive factors and discover a solution to it.

Answer 2-Relationship between After event reviews and experiential training.

After event reviews means practicing the skills learned in training by peroforming particular tasks, project and activities and applying them.

Experiential training means learning through experience. It aims at teaching by providing practical experience.

Both the approaches are similiar because after event reviews also focuses on making the delegates learn through practice which is a form of experience.

Answer 3- Management and Leadership programs help in a lot ways. They help in increasing productivity. It helps in motivating employees and increasing their engagement to work. It makes them learn the importance of leadership and implement different leadership styles. It improves their decision making as well.

It can be improved by making the trainees understand self assessment, responsibilty and accountablity. They must be mentored and provided coaching.
