Answer #1

In childcare house you have to use mild but effective disinfectant that can evaporate easily and with almost no traces on the object they use. Children (especially small) use to take object/toy to the mouth, so it is important that they should not be toxic to them along with free of germs. Alcohol based sanitizers can be used without any sticky thing in they (no perfume also). In room-2 where a person with clostrum present so we need to take care of his condition and chemical that affect his digestive microbiota should not be used.

For rooms, 70% ethanol based (isopropyl also fine) can use to clean all objects and overall spray of disinfectant (alcohol based or chlorinated; to kill microbes, bacteria, fungal spores and also viruses) can be applied and use safety gear while deal with such chemicals as they can be toxic if inhaled. Gloves, googles, apron and mask along with shoe covering would be required for the same.
