Answer #1

The five important things that I believe are important for learning the course of strategy planning and strategy implementation for the professional life are:

1. The strategic planning is the process where the environment is being analysed to ensure and develop a plan which is flexible and is able to undertake all the external and internal environmental elements to make sure an effective direction is provided. The practice of such strategic implementation would help in reducing the risk of the operation by helping the organisation to innovate and be flexible.

2. Strategic Planning helps in increasing the decision making abilities in a person as well. It helps to ensure that every element of the organisation being it external or internal is analysed to make an impact and thus cognitive and rational decision making is improved in this case.

3. It helps to motivate and lead people as per the changing factors of the enviornment. This strategic implementation teaches us that change is very important and thus we have to always be adaptable, flexible and accept changes happening in the market to make sure we are working for the right growth.

4. It helps to generate confidence, motivation, training and development in people. Due to strategic implementation we lead people in such a manner where they could develop key skill areas, trained personnel and also motivation towards their work and job for better productivity.

5. Also the last important thing for the strategic implementation and planning is the relationship and communication. We cannot make strategies to implement until and unless we are working together in a team and also having all the stakeholders connected for the better job performance.
