Now

T5 = 164.90+1.09*5 = 170.35

T6 = 164.90+1.09*6 = 171.44

T7​​​​​​​ = 164.90+1.09*7 = 172.53

T8​​​​​​​ = 164.90+1.09*8 = 173.62
