The incorrect statement is c) In presence of testosterone in a female, the Wolffian duct degenerates.

The explanation for this is pretty simple. Firstly, all the enlisted options are prefectly correct. Sry gene is located on Y chromosome, and it is responsible for proper development of Testicles. Also, mullerian duct is a primitive anlage of female reproductive tract which further differentiates into oviducts. Presence of optimal levels of gonadal hormones like testosterone and estrogen is responsible for proper development and maintenance of male and female sexual organs. Bipotential gonads are actually the undifferentiated form, and they specifically develop into either testis or ovaries depending on the gender of progeny.

And finally, Wolffian Duct degenerates because of absence of anti-Müllerian hormone secretion by the Sertoli cells. Testosterone is not even involved in degeneration of Wolffian Ducts in Females. Hence it is incorrect option.
