Simulteneously,the main purpose of the planning is the procedure to handle and tackle the sudden and unexpected situation to prevent fatalities and injuries,reduce damage to life and asset.Simple in the way to make action plan for emergency that evacuation proedues and routes in proper action plan,make reporting and alertness to authority also staff and visitors,make accounting for the people after implementation of emergency acion plan,identifying the media person and organisation.

The planning processs should be when an emergency appeared for assisting living faculty that how to protect and extending the help without any delay and hesitation.So to be more effective the plan need to be current availability of latest information must be easily accessible by the multiple people and groups.That includes the current contact information,response time,detailed site data which can be made available to responders.In the state of emergency the government is empowered to perform actions or impose policies that it would normally not be permitted to undertake and declare such a state during a natural disaster, civil unrest, armed conflict, medical pandemic or epidemic or other biosecurity risk. It guides about the proper communication about resources and assets,about safety and security,resoonsibilities,utilities and clinical support activities.

In an emergency action plan that covers the designated actions employers and employees must ensure employee safety from the disaster and emergency situation.Also the members of team that include employees with knowledge of work,supervisor of that area or work,safety officer,health and safety committee,the union representatives,if applicable of experience in investigation that is outsider expert,police,ambulance,fire and local government authority.So they must get involved while preparinthe emergency action plan.
