Answer- First of all I will look at the required KSAs and experience for the job and try to convince the upper management to search in our internal resources or from the same country but if the condition is like that i have to appoint the Managing Director from abroad then I will go with the (job searching) websites available, to post the advertisement so that large numbers of potential candidates can be attracted and along with this the other way around is that, as it is a very big post then we have many people in mind who are working with competitors on the same post or they have the potential but working on a lower post, so we can approach them by directly mailing them or contacting on some other online platform. The thing we have to ensure is that we have to post the advertisement to some other foreign country and due to covid-19 we have to adopt a online contact free method for recruitment and selection. For example, the advertisement for recruitment needs to post on online platforms and the interview, test and other necessary things also needs to be done online. After the candidate is selected he/she needs to do it's work by using online platform (video conferencing, mails, telephone, etc.) Because due to covid-19 the person can't come to the country in which we are operating and in some instance even if it is possible then the person should avoid it until and unless physical appearance is must.
