Let X be the event that A has failed and Y be the event that B has failed.

We have to find P(X|Y) = P(X and Y)/P(Y)

P(Y) = (0.012)(0.13)+(0.988)(0.026) = 0.00156+0.25688 = 0.25844

P(X and Y) = (0.012)(0.13) = 0.00156

Hence the required probability = 0.00156/0.25844 = 0.00603

Hence the probability that computer A fails if B has failed = 0.00603
