Ans 12 )the the relation between the stress , structure and the applied force is can be stated as the ratio between the applied force on the structure to the area of the structure is equal to produse stress.
Stress can be defined as the resisting force per unit area of the structure.
If the resisting force is zero then the stress in a structure is zero, like if the body is laid on a friction free surface then the applied force on the structure produce zero stress in structur as there is no resistance frictional force on the body so the stress produced in a body is zero.
