I have an discussion about suing one's abuser to gain relief from civil court. Is this a good idea, does civil court actually provide more justice for a victim, does this complicate an impending divorce and further intertwine the two parties? What are your thoughts on this after having learned so much about family violence? 250 are needed about this discussion.
First we need to know about family
violence, family violence is a violence mainly occurs in a family.
It could be between husband and wife or intimate relationship. It
could be a violence against a child or violence against parents. It
covers all those violence which occur in different relationships in
a family. Family or domestic violence could be emotional, physical,
verbal, or violence in intimate relationships. In a family violence
abusers torture in many ways to show his or her power over their
partner. Family violence is a major cause of violence in any
country. Aggressive behavior, unfair behavior and money minded
behavior leads to domestic violence. Nowadays most of the people
are not satisfied with their relationships, this also results in
domestic violence.
When one is tortured by one's abuser, he or she can go to civil court for suing. Any family related case such as divorce or when someone sues for money because of any harm, all these kind of cases can be filed in civil court. This a good idea to sue a case against one's abuser because civil court always give justice to victims. When a divorce case is filed in civil case first the court try to solve differences between two parties , the court tries to make compromise between two parties. But if the court sees no improvement it gives divorce to two parties and if any party found guilty he has to compensate. In this way civil court give justice to victims. Going to civil court for any kind of family related issues is always a good idea.

The issue centered on whether or not the coffee’s specific temperature was unreasonably hot. McDonald’s lost the lawsuit. The compensatory verdict was $160,000. McDonald’s was found liable....
Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
