The Product i am choosing is holiday beach resort accomodation

the 4p's namely - product, price, promotion and place.

Teenage Generation:

the product i am offering is holiday beach resort accomodation

Defining the correct pricing strategy is one of the most important aspects of the marketing mix. If the hotel products like Guest rooms, Food and beverage menu etc. are not priced competitively then the potential guest may reject the use of hotel services. In this very competitive market guests are strongly influenced by the pricing and packages. The hotel rates are defined keeping in mind to attract or impress guest. a special combo plan for teenagers or a special student accomodation plan will be helpful for the product. generally teenagers visit resorts for their enjoyment. in a student plan giving a 3 or 4 shared room for the teenagers can reduce their cost and also providing a combo meal will also be very helpfull for our product and we can also provide beauty care which could bring more customers to the product. the shared rooms and the combo meal are charged economically so the teenagers wont feel our product as costly. to attract more teenagers the place outside the city is recomended for our product. on the custemers getting satisfied by our product their visit to our resort increases and the next time they visit they come with more friends. through this the promotion of our product will be easier too.. we can also promote our product by colloborating with schools and colleges to bring their students to our product for field trips, outings etc. honolulu in huawei is the teen friendly resort, Royalton white sands resort in jamaica provides a designated lounge for teenagers to feel the sense of independence.

Trade persons:

offering our product to trade pewrsons will be a bit tough than offering to teenagers.

the trade persons are too busy with their work that they cant even go for a holiday. our product provide them what they want. the pricing should be monitored and should be economical. we should also check our competitors pricings and their product. pricing and the standards of the rooms should be differentiated as deluxe, ultra deluxe and suits. providing spa facilities and bars will cause the customers attracted to our product. providing various entertainment facilities like boat riding, surfing etc can earn income and also attract customers. easy transporation should also be included so no one can suffer to go for any urgent work. pricings can be changed according to the seasons. the product can be charged high in the holiday season and charged economical in the normal seasons.coco prive is the resort im maldives can be taken asan example.
