1. Total payroll expenses are same , i.e. $13500, at each level of units produced and sold , hence Payroll expenses are Fixed cost.

2.Total security expense are not fixed cost as it changes at each level , niether it is variable cost becuse again per unit cost is also changing at each level of production.

3.Total quality inspection expenses are variable cost because Total quality inspection cost per unit is same at each level of production.
