1. Planning --- To make rules and regulations , proper curriculum , time table , collection of information so that it make easy to achieve our target.
2. Organizing -- proper implementation of planning, providing them skillful mentors, coordinator , improve communication between individuals so that it will help them.
3. Leading -- Give motivation , training, support, to individual who has problems in their work and if available offer them a job.
4. Staffing -- The staff member chosen for management purposes should be educated, experienced, have skill , trained, to give best results.
5. Controlling --- To assess the training which is given to an individual and make a comparison chart from their past performance and than accordingly work on it for improvement.
