I want you to think about how to define and explain each of the five components of the model in terms of your organization and P-Plan. This is not a required model that you are expected to follow mechanically; rather, it contains some ideas about how to 'model' business planning.

My non for profit organization will adopt Environmental scanning component of HRP model because when i would start my business i has to assess and analyze factors which can affect my business. Every organization has an internal and external environment. In order for the organization to be successful, it is important that it scans its environment regularly to assess its developments and understand factors that can contribute to its success. Environmental scanning is a process used by organizations to monitor their external and internal environments.
Internal analysis under environmental scanning would help me to find out factors present inside my business like business policies i would implement, Workforce quality, organization culture, Mission and vision of my Non for profit business.
External analysis would help me to analyze factors present outside my business like How political factor like government laws, regulations etc affect my business. How drug and healthcare policies and federal laws would have impact on my business.
Economic and Social cultural factors like trend in donations, funding, values and norms of society for cause like Opioid prevention, Purchase power and employment rate in the country etc these will affect my business in current and future.
This environmental scanning will help me to analyze trends in non for profit business, issues in healthcare and social welfare and events which can create opportunity of threats to my business.
