answer a ::- the minimum income for the doris should be less than 3000 because as we can see from the question that in country b income equality is 1000 and in country b as we can see that income of alfred is 4000 so to make sure that income within country inequality is stronger tthan across country income equality we need to make sure that income of doris is less than 3000
