1. Management of the organisations report the particular information for retaining the data mandatory by the Managers to successfully handle the business. As an organisation is not a one man show but a union of ground crew till the manager level, so the data of every person, products, accounts etc is needed to be maintained by the system.

An organisation needs an effective managing system for decision making and trend analysis.

As the shareholders do not have proper information regarding the business at the right time, the management system has to keep and report the information to take wise decisions .

Nowadays business organisations are facing cut throat competition.Every business organisation needs strategies to face market.Having proper information, management system can have a vision to enhance the performance of the enterprise.

To avoid repetition of data leading to data prone issues and universal report which is unfit for the local organisation the management of the enterprise needs to maintain effective system suitable for the better performance.

Resources are the biggest asset to the organisations. By knowing how to use those resources in efficient manner the organisation can augment its performance.

2.

Firstly the effective management systems report the information based on the Stakeholders and reputation of the organisation . Also the organisations report the information through financial structure, mobilisation of capital and funds ,Analysis of findings, procedure and structure. Top level Management structure has stakeholders,Board of Directors,Managing Directors, and General Managers.

Centralisation of authority is not suitable for bigger organisations. Small organisations can be controlled by single person or few people. But in the bigger organisations decentralisation of authority is mandatory. Authority and responsibility are the two sides of a coin. Decentralisation of the authority automatically promotes responsibility. Some of the organisations are vertical while some are horizontal.Authority flows from top to bottom in the case of vertical system wheras, authority flows in the lateral level in horizontal system. Span of control is necessary where decentralisation occurs.

3.An organisation or a management system provides or reports information mainly based on some statements and reports.Statements like annual reports in the form of production account, trading and profit and loss account and balance sheet. Whereas, reports like audit reports,Managing director(CEO),confidential report and other reports related to business development. If the organisation is service organisation ,then the statements to be reported are income statement and Balance sheet. Preparation of the statements, generally depends on the companies act followed by the government guidelines.

For the cost control business organisations follow the cost accounting system. This helps to control the cost . Inventory control and overheads control is possible to maintain cost accounting system. Cost accounting is the estimate, while financial accounting is the actual facts and figures.

Management accounts is also necessary to follow the techniques. In the present scenario, management techniques are mandatory to minimise the cost of production.

4.Firstly the effective management systems report the information based on the Stakeholders and reputation of the organisation . Also the organisations report the information through financial structure, mobilisation of capital and funds ,Analysis of findings, procedure and structure. Top level Management structure has stakeholders,Board of Directors,Managing Directors, and General Managers.
