Correct Option A : Deducted from the baank statement balance in the reconciliation.

Reason: Checks issued but not yet presented by receiver are called unpresented checks. When checks are issued amount is deducted from bank ledger but is its deducted from bank statement when its is presented at bank. Hence to reconcile the transation, unpresented checks are deducted from bank statement.
