Substantial disruptions are the disruptions which can cause disruption of considerable importance, size or worth. Hence it is appropriate to use this word for the disruption caused by the investment in new technology. Implementation of new technology would change substantially a lot of ways of working for example: implementation of hand held devices in sales team for taking orders from distributors

Annoying disruptions are the disruptions which cause annoyance. It is kind of disruption which is irritating and infuriating. Massive disruptions are the disruptions which completely change the course of things on large scale basis. For example: An earthquake can cause massive disruption in business if factory is collapsed in earthquake
