I would want to invent a cheap computer that professor Hawking had used. I would make it more accessible and simple to use to people because there are sometimes when a patient is hospital can't speak and relative would make decisions of the consent but if the computer can read the mind of patient then I think we can know what that patient actually wants and can be treated accordingly. This is a very niche area but I think it would be very effective.
