If management is the brain, we can say that culture is the heart of the organization. Every decision an organization, therefore, makes tend to be based around their needs and influenced by their culture. This is why we can say that the managerial level decisions as well the aspect of leadership should be defined based on the ability of the organization and the acceptance of its culture. Going against a culture is like going against the entire belief as well as the outlook of the organization. In a similar sense, we can also say that for leaders, being able to lead has to do with their ability to recognize the culture, internal climate, beliefs followed, principles of virtue as well as understand the values which are followed in order to select the best leadership style possible for the case, using universal leadership style. We can also say that for a; leader, culture provides an excellent aspect of adherence in itself. If the changes are brought forward and ingrained in the culture, it makes the leader’s job easier, especially if they need to make the possible use of entire organization's support and the entire capacity present to them successfully.
