The cell cycle starts at interphase and during this phase the cell grows and almost stays 90% of its time in this phase. While the mitosis and cytokinesis are considered to be end of the process of cell cycle. It does not have a distinct beginning or ending as It is a continuous process of division. It can be both yes and no because the cell cycle is a continuous process where the cells have a beginning and ending but the cells have a beginning and ending.
