Directions: Select a program document and imagine you have been assigned to prepare a review of it. In no more than two pages, answer the following questions: How does it meet users’ needs? Does it need revision? Does it address one audience or multiple audiences?

Part II

Directions: Compose a strong cover letter for the review. Remember to include questions for the reviewers and direct their feedback.

Part III

Directions: Now change roles and become a reviewer. Write a review that effectively answers what you identify as the main problems of your review. What would you do in order to fix the problems you have identified? Be as detailed as you can in addressing what you identified in your letter and in making suggestions for what to improve.
