It can be concluded that the unknown sample present at the third location does not contains any starch. As iodine test is to determine the presence of starch in a solution upon which blue-black colour is observed as seen in the first container while the control does not have any starch present in it will show the colour like this container i.e yellow which is observed in the unknown sample as well.

Conclusion: No starch present in the unknown sample.
